Enrolments

​​All families wishing to enrol students at Harlin State School are required to come to the school for an enrolment interview.  The purpose of this is to:

1. Determine individual family circumstances that may be relevant to the educational setting,
2. Determine any individual student needs that we can differentiate for at the school,
3. Answer any questions that prospective enrolling families may have of us.
   

The principal is responsible for all decisions on enrolment.

Start the process of enrolling your child by supplying us with:

• a completed Application for Student Enrolment Form​
  
• a completed Media Consent Form 
  
• a completed A​cceptable use of ICT services, facilities and devices​ 
  
• a completed Online Consent Form
  
• Bring in your child's original birth certificate
  

• current proof of residency including one of each of the following:

  • One primary source — a current rental/lease agreement, or rates notice, or unconditional contract of sale.
  • One secondary source — a utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas) showing this same address and parent's/legal guardian's name.
